Yes, pets are welcome in our apartments! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet. We charge an additional fee of €10 per night and per animal for their stay.
Yes, our farm has a beautiful pool that is available to all guests—perfect for cooling off on warm days. The pool is unheated, and use is at your own risk. Parents are asked to supervise their children at all times.
Our farm is accessible only by car, as it is located at an elevation of 900 meters up in the mountains and is about 7 kilometers from the nearest bus stop. We therefore recommend that you travel here in your own vehicle. You can find detailed directions on our website under “Directions”
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM. The apartment will be available to you from that time onward. You are welcome to arrive earlier, but the apartment will not be available until the scheduled time. If you expect to arrive late, please let us know.
Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Yes, we offer free, uncovered parking directly at the farm.
We have cows, chickens, cats, sheep (up in the mountains in the summer), and a dog.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, fail to arrive, arrive late, or leave early, the full amount will be retained.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, e.g., through Roter Hahn Cancellation Protection, to protect yourself from financial loss in the event of unexpected occurrences such as illness or accident.
Local taxes and any costs for pets are excluded; these will be charged upon arrival.

Bus: Travel about 7 km down into the valley. Board the bus at the roundabout heading toward Leifers or Bolzano. Parking available in Steinmannwald.
The Funicular from Kohlern: Accessible by car (road is in poor condition in some sections). From there, take a connection to Bolzano and continue by bus.
